Surf City Confetti

Surfs up! Our Surfs City Confetti mix is everything ocean waves, blue skies and bikinis. Number 9 in our “Toss The Rainbow” confetti line, this mix is approximately 1/4 cup of various blue and teal colored confetti mixed with lots of teal sequins and sparkle!
